In 2020, we set a five-year goal to become an internationally recognized best place to work. In 2023, we achieved it—receiving Great Place to Work certification in every eligible country we operate in.
Throughout those years, a lot has changed—for our business and for our world. But one thing has remained constant: our commitment to being better for our people and the clients we serve.
Continuously improving our business means measuring ourselves alongside the experts. That’s why we chose Great Place to Work as a measurement tool. The platform offers measurements of employee engagement and enables Kin + Carta to learn both from the market and its own historical data.
We ran the employee survey this year for the first time globally, and certified across all eight eligible countries!
